Psychotherapy with Paige Fishel, LCSW
- $330 for 80-minute initial evaluation
- $220 per 50-55 minute session
Psychotherapy and/or Neurofeedback with Liz Fitts, MSW
- $300 for 80-minute initial evaluation
- $200 per 50-55 minute session
Psychotherapy and/or Neurofeedback with David Fishel, MSW
- $265 for 80-minute initial evaluation
- $175 per 50-55 minute session
Neurofeedback (in office)
- $850 - QEEG (brain mapping)
- $175 per session (for neurofeedback ONLY - no psychotherapy)
Neurofeedback Packages
- $2,500 for The Embark Package: 20 Neurofeedback sessions
- $5,000 for The Transformation Package: 40 Neurofeedback sessions
Remote Neurofeedback Training
Home training is available by application only at the package prices above. This includes rental equipment, supplies, and review/analysis of all sessions. Note that a $1000 deposit is required and will be refunded when the equipment is returned in good condition.
Insurance
We do not participate in any insurance network and therefore are considered "out-of-network providers." Services may still be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is your responsibility to check your coverage. We are happy to provide the documentation you need for reimbursement, but you must submit it to your insurance directly. We are also not Medicare providers, so Medicare will not reimburse any of our services. Please contact your health insurance company, and ask if they cover the following CPT codes:
- 90791 Initial Evaluation
- 90832 (30 min psychotherapy)
- 90834 (45 min psychotherapy)
- 90837 (60 min psychotherapy)
- 95816 (QEEG Recording)
- 95957 (Digital analysis of QEEG)
- 90876 (Psychotherapy that incorporates biofeedback)
- 90901 (Biofeedback Training)
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for clients who have no health insurance.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
